Starting the hCG Diet!

Today I met with Allyson Kraker, PA-C, who is a really pretty lady with a kind smile. I liked her immediately. She walked me through my lab results and told me that my EKG had been normal and all my other stats looked good as well. She then walked me back through the diet and what to expect. She discussed how the HCG encourages your body to burn unnecessary fat (I have a bunch of that! ). She also warned me that consuming things not on the diet would add weight quickly. She handed me my Opti-Lean

bottles to be mixed and placed in the refrigerator. I am to take .25 oz in the morning and another .25 oz in the evening – 12 hours apart.

I’m a little concerned about stretching the 8 ounces of protein, small amounts of vegetables and a fruit across the entire day.  I’m thinking “how small can I cut up an apple to get the most satisfaction?” and “how large can a strawberry get since I get six of them?”
