Loading Up

I have actually waited a few days to begin the 2 day loading period. I wanted to have the HCG low calorie day begin on a Sunday so that I could have a little more control on my schedule and any hunger issues that might cause me to yell at people! Since you can usually get a little more forgiveness from your family, I am going to make certain they are my first “victims”. I am hoping that will not really be a problem.
Why do you load?
Loading up on high fat foods two days prior to beginning the low calorie diet allows you body some additional storage to live off of as you are severely cutting your calories back. Further, it keeps you body from automatically believing it is going into starvation mode. The HCG can quickly have some fat to move out and jump start your metabolism. According to the team at Advanced Aesthetics, any additional pounds gained during the loading should come off quickly.
It seems odd to eat a bunch of stuff that I usually either beat myself up for eating or try to avoid at all costs. I’m actually planning a trip to several fast food restaurants rather than driving in on a terrible whim. Weird!
So, what’s on the list of loading items? Anything McDonald’s – French fries and quarter pounder, whole milk, chips, and a few other fried food things.
Later that evening…
Okay, I feel gross. I’ve eaten out every meal and been as sinful as I possibly can. I even had dessert. My stomach hurts and I am depressed. I have to do this again tomorrow?
