Advanced Aesthetics is supervised by Michael Elder, M.D., and Elizabeth Greenhaw, M.D., who is the full-time, on-site medical director and supervises all laser treatments. Ivan Wayne, M.D., provides a valuable resource to the practice as one of the few facial plastics and reconstructive surgeons in Oklahoma City.

Michael Elder, M.D., is a board-certified anesthesiologist with post-graduate training in cosmetic laser medicine and vascular disease. He is an Oklahoma native and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and Denver University. Dr. Elder is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American College of Phlebology.

Ivan Wayne, M.D., is a board certified otolaryngologist, as well as in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery.
He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, following with a fellowship in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami.
Dr. Wayne is the director of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at OU Physicians. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Elizabeth Greenhaw, M.D., received a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama. She then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She joined Advanced Aesthetics after completing an internship in pediatrics at OU. Dr. Greenhaw is a member of the American Society of Laser Surgery and Medicine and the American College of Phlebology.
